 Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

Yes, absolutely. Cash on delivery (COD) is available at a nominal additional charge. Please select this option at checkout. 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI (Paytm, Google Pay etc.), Net Banking, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards issued by banks in India and abroad.

I did not receive an order confirmation

If you haven't received the order confirmation in your inbox, you might want to check your spam or trash folder. If you still don't find the email, do not hesitate to write to us at hello@thespicery.in

How long does delivery take?

Depending on your location orders are typically delivered in 3-5 working days.

I want to change my address/phone number?

Please email us on hello@thespicery.in with your order number and updated address before your order is dispatched. We will do our best to help!

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 499. A nominal fee is charged for cash on delivery. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Chat with us or drop us an email on hello@thespicery.in mentioning your order number and we will be happy to help. Please note that requests for changes or cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

I received a broken or damaged product

Occasionally shipments may get damaged during courier handling. Please email us an image of the broken/damaged product along with your order number on hello@thespicery.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to send you a replacement.

I received a wrong item

Please email us an image of the product received along with your order number on hello@thespicery.in. We will be happy to send you a replacement.
